In the heart of the city of London, this 17-floor building stands on the site where the ancient Holy Trinity Priory once stood before the dissolution of the monasteries in the 16^th century. The architectural design detail and m & e design detail has won it a BREEAM ‘Excellent’ rating and offers Grade A office accommodation.

About this Project

The large communal reception area is an open and welcoming space for informal meetings and relaxation.

DAL supplied a package of luminaires including Lightline 60 - Recessed with trim, Tempo X161 specular silver downlighters and Coveline a micro linear system rated at IP54 which was tailored to suit the carved, stone clad reception desk. Recessed in the plinth the line of light draws the eye of the visitor, acting as a guide towards the main information point.
